Sharee was soooo fun to have over. She was extremely friendly and personable and did a great job to boot! Our family loves Western Heating and A/C. Derek was very professional and friendly. I felt safe having him at my house. He did a great job and seemed to take his time. He even brought a ladder which some of your people have forgotten in the past, and he made sure everything was done so our heater was left on (which didn't happen the last two times your techs came).
