I have the annual contract with them and they are always helpful, always friendly and do a great job!!
We have used Western almost 15 years now. They have installed heaters at different properties for us. Yearly Jeremy cleans, tests, and inspects our system before winter use. He takes the time to educate us on little things like the proper type of filter and why it is important. My wife has wanted to replace our old swamp cooler with an air conditioner but we both thought it would be cost prohibitive. We have had Western Heating and AC put in new air conditioning in our home, service our units and now replace the heating unit that was limping along. Bill was pleasant to work with in negotiating what we needed/wanted to replace the old unit with. He even came by on installation day to make sure all was going well. After our home was flooded and our furnace submerged in water, Ryan Y at Western went right to work to find us the best, most efficient replacement, while keeping it at a great price. Ryan did a great job with the installation and had everything finished in just a few hours. So thankful to Western Heating & AC for helping us out while in the midst of a big mess!
Jim S. and Ryan S. were great! We had a humidifier/scrubber/electronic air filter put in. Both men were VERY professional, friendly and took time to thoroughly explain what they were doing, how it worked and what we needed to know. They came at 8 this morning and left @ 1:45 p.m. Jim and Ryan were on-time and went the extra service mile. I LOVE that we're going to have clean, humidified air as my family and I get nosebleeds during the winter and I'm prone to bronchitis and pneumonia. Thanks guys--GREAT job!
