I enjoyed Mike M. He had a great attitude and provided good and complete service for my heating and air conditioning summer start up.
Ryan (owner) set me up for success by allowing me to ask questions over the phone about what I could do to trouble shoot my system. Mike M ended up being our technician. He was courteous, prompt, affible, and professional. I called Western because their ratings were top notch. Glad I did. Was not disappointed.
Ken was absolutely fun and did a great job on the air conditioner. He was friendly, timely, clean cut, polite and fun to talk to. He is a great young man and definitely an asset to the Western heating and air company! Look forward to working with him in the future!
Had Mike M. out today to try to find the source of the gas loss in my A/C unit. While he didn't find the leak this time, I am sure that it will be found in the follow up visit. Mike was very friendly and professional.
Kenneth was very kind, thoughtful, efficient, and hard-working, even though access to what he needed wasn't all that convenient. I appreciated all he did.
Ken came to our home this morning to get our AC going for the summer. It was a regular spring maintenance visit but Ken attended to all the details and quickly got us ready for warm weather. I appreciate his thoroughness and care. Very professional.
