I noticed that others had given these guys a five-star rating so thought I'd give them a try. They sent their technician Mike Matthys who arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction and performed the needed repairs quickly and at a less-than-expected. cost.
When I called Western Heating & AC to come do a diagnostic on our air conditioner he was on time and very professional. He suggested having Sharee come up to do some further checking. She was very helpful and was able to answer all our questions. We ended up having them put in a new SC. Mark & Steve were technicians who came and put in the new unit. Western Heating and Air Conditioning does a great job. They have great service team that are friendly, knowledgeable and clean. They serviced my furnace and AC unit and left my home cleaner than they found it. I was truly impressed.

I have used Western for years and have always had a very positive experience. Thus, when I needed a big job done in our new home with a heating system in a basement finish project, I thought to call them. Sharee, Mark and Tracy were the main ones I worked with and all were very patient with my many questions and did a great job with the first steps to the project.
