Today was the second time I had a furnace tune-up by Western Heating and AC. Ken was my technician, and he was pleasant to speak with, and I am very satisfied with his work and review of what he did to tune-up my furnace. I intend to continue to have them come each year and do my tune-ups. I highly recommend them.

I have known and been serviced by Jose for years and he gives excellent service. Very upbeat and positive in everything he does. He reviews everything and answers all of our questions and concerns.We have a service contract with Western and always ask for Jose to perform it.
