Western Heating came within the hour when we had a heating problem at our Pinehurst Unit that we rent. The Gas company had turned off the wrong units gas but Western Was jonny on the spot and found the gas companies mistake in just minutes and I would definately recommend them to anyone for commercial heating problems
I highly recommend working with Clint at Western H & AC. I meet weekly with him and we serve together on the membership committee of our local business development group. He is smart, witty, and has served our group well. I know he has many happy customers. I highly recommend him for your HVAC needs.

They do a wonderful job. Very responsive and quick to help.
TOday we had Justin come service our Furnace today, he answered questions for me yesterday too, he was fast and thorough!!. He explained things well and worked hard !! He seemed to know with in a short time the issue. We are truly blessed by this great company and the great employees they have!! No matter for a routine appt. for our furnace or for our central air we always have them come and they always think of the customers!! We are very blessed to be customers of this great company.

Let me start by saying I have had very few good experiences with repairmen. I usually either feel ripped off or disgusted by their incompetence. What a huge difference Western is. I've had them over twice the past 4 years, once for an AC issue, and today for a furnace problem. Justin was our service man, and he was an absolute gentleman. Polite, competent, thorough, and easy to work with. It doesn't get any better than this. Thanks guys!
