Our furnace went out, it was 27 years old, we knew it was time for a new one. Western Heating sent out a salesman that was knowledgeable, listened to our concerns, and helped us find the right fit. No pressure sales! Then just 4 days later we had a great experience with the 2 servicemen, that came to install our new furnace, they were clean, friendly, professional, and took the time needed to make sure everything was done correctly. A great service! We thought our hot water heater was broken, but all we needed was to relight the pilot. The tech was at our house within three hours of my call, exactly when they told me he'd be there. He didn't charge us to relight it, and he did extra tests to make sure there weren't other problems. I trust these guys because they are honest, dependable, and punctual.
They were so quick and efficient! I will totally use them again next year! Thank you!
