They were on time, made a complete assessment of our AC & Heating problem and presenting us with a solution. They were knowledgeable, gracious and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend them.

He was very Polite, extremely Knowledgeable and quick.
Wayne replaced our heater this year and we've been really happy with his job. It turned out to be complicated to put a high efficiency heater in for us, but he checked in with me several times so that I could decide how the install would go. I appreciated that. He also came back when I asked if he would move a gas line so that it would be better situated in the room.
RecommendedMark came earlier than originally scheduled, which really helped out! Our freezing house was warm again in no time! Awesome service & response. 👍

They came on time they knew what they was doing when they got here and they charged just what they said didn’t add anything extra. Joe and LAYNE did an excellent job cleaned up afterwards. Next time we have a problem I’ll call for Joe

They were awesome, worked with Bree and Mark on short notice and they took care of me.
This place is awesome. I called Any Hour Services first and they quoted me $59 for the consultation I needed, but Western Heating & Air did the exact same consultation for free! My technician, Clint, was very helpful and knowledgeable and he was able to answer questions I had about how to improve the temperature in my corner bedroom. It took about ten minutes and we were done. I’m so happy I went with them instead of Any Hour!
