John came out to fix a problem with our HVAC unit. He is by far the best person to work with. We ran into additional issues with our system when he came to check on it which was really frustrating. He went the extra mile to not only get everything fixed, but to also made sure it didn't exceed what we could pay. John cared about us on a personal level and not just like any other customer. My wife and I really appreciated his help and will definitely choose this company again.

It was pretty cold in our house last week from the furnace going out. We called up Thursday morning and had a new furnace on Friday. Mark worked very efficiently and was really nice. We are glad to be warm again.
So of course my furnace decides to go out on one of the coldest days of the year. I called Western at 5 AM, and they came out a few hours later. The two that came out we’re knowledgeable and friendly, and helped me to decide which unit to buy. They were informative, but not pushy. I used them last year for a new air conditioner, and so far have not disappointed. I highly recommend them.
They fixed the problem and gave us an amazing deal! John was really great and went above and beyond.
I have always had a great experience with Western Heating & AC. Today I had my air ducts cleaned. Ian and Courtney did a fantastic job. I knew before they started what I would be charged. No hidden surprises.
The service was prompt, courteous, and appreciated.
