Wow ! Talk about professional. Justin W. Was the service tech that I'd requested because I'd heard really good things about him. I really don't think that they had said enough. He was on time and he was very polite and above all he was a professional. He was a wiz at diagnosing my problem. I would recommend Justin W. And Western heating and cooling to anyone. Western Heating & AC have been WONDERFUL to work with over the years. Our home is older. Another company did a tune-up for us and had me in a panic that we needed to replace our whole heat/AC unit. However when I called for a second opinion, Western Heating informed us only minor repairs were needed. :) We have been with them ever since! They've done our tune-ups the past 4 years. We have been so impressed with their clean-cut, honest employees. We recommend them to anyone! They have been outstanding.
We were referred to them by a friend for a furnace in February. They came right away and we were happy with the furnace so.... we finally decided to get air conditioning in our home and called them again. Shared came and walked me through everything and set the appointment up for the following Monday. It's now 3:15 and my house has air conditioning! Mike M was my technician. He was very polite, explained everything to me, my different options, cost, etc. He was quick and efficient too! Up-sold me on the bi-yearly service too. I also want to thank Bri in the office. She was so kind and super helpful. We really appreciate you guys!!
Western Heating and Air was great - Justin W. was professional and very helpful and I am glad that I called them when i did concerning our AC. I will call them in the future for sure if any problems arise.
Jose has been representing Western Heating in our home for many years and we are very pleased with his knowledge and skills. He has both repaired and installed our equipment. We plan on this relationship lasting many more years. Whitney, along with the office staff, has always been very helpful, polite, and professional when we have called for any reason.
We had Justin W. come repair our AC today and I'm always impressed by the professionalism by everyone that has come to our house for services. These folks are true professionals in every way.
My swamp cooler wasn't working very well and they came right out and fixed it. Great service.
My son recommended Western to me and I am happy to report that these guys did a fantastic job installing my new a/c unit. I am so happy to finally be cool in this summer heat. Chance and Matt were very polite and efficient. They worked really hard all day and when they were finished all areas were clean, they even vacuumed. I was impressed.
