Justin was our technician and we couldn't have been happier with his service. He was very thorough and helpful with all my questions and concerns. We had been renting our house the past year and was told the ac's weren't working as the renters moved out. Justin came and cleaned everything and changed the filters. Lael Henderson - One of the problems we have had with Western is that a different technition showed up every time they made a call. We had a problem with a leak and everyone had a different story. I mentioned this to Justin and he made an effort to come back three times himself so that there was not a problem with conveying what had been done and what needed to be done.
