I called Western Heating when our igniter went out on a Sunday morning. As this part has been replaced in the past, I knew it was a $20 part and a 5 minute installation. We were desperate so called for help. No prices were quoted prior to the work. When it was done the bill was $271 for this 5 minute service. When I spoke with the company about the rip off pricing, I was insulted, cut off, and implied that I was lying. I will highly recommend no one ever dealing with this company. Sharee provided us with the information we needed as we looked to replace our furnace. She provide answers to our questions in a timely manner. Ryan was our installation tech and he discussed a number of installation issues with us before proceeding allowing for a collaborative decision on all those items. They finished the job in the time expected and cleaned up after themselves. All in all a positive experience and I feel that I can call on them for any followup issues.

I had two men the first day my furnace went off, and one the second day. Both time they got it on but I realized that I needed a new furnace. When the woman came to analyze my situation, she explained everything so well, that I made a hard decision. Today the furnace will be instlalled.
