There service techs drive like asses. Friday at 3:30 rush hour there pink van was doing 75 to 80 and tailgating everyone in the fast lane from SLC to the Orem exit. Only when it got to the PG exit area did he slow down I have pictures showing these. No respect. No class

The furnace died in our rental apartment. After our Landlord got a few different quotes, he sent Western Heating to replace the furnace. We were told they would be there first thing Monday morning, and they had arrived by 9:00. Our furnace was in a pretty tricky spot, but they replaced without any hitches and had everything up and running again in a few hours. Jeremy was professional in servicing my heater. He educated me on the proper filter to use which will save money as I was buying the most expensive filter thinking I was doing the right thing. I don't even hear it anymore! Great job Jeremy!

Jim S. did an excellent job with our furnace repair. He carefully covered my floors, did a great job solving our heating problem and cleaned up on his way out. He even climbed on my steep, icy roof to cap off the vent pipe. His years of experience were very helpful in diagnosing and fixing the problem. We are already warmer in our home. Thanks again Jim.
I was contacted by Western to have my annual winter heating system serviced through my contract with them. Chester arrived on time on the scheduled day and performed the maintenance required. He found a part in the system that needed to be replaced, so I did that. He has been to our home before, and is very efficient in his work. The only reason I gave a very good mark, is the contact time to do this maintenance by the Western scheduling staff, was not made until mid December. Jim was the technician that Western Heating sent out to do my regular service maintenance on my furnace today. He was VERY thorough in the cleaning and servicing of my furnace! Mike came and helped us with our furnace. He was so kind and courteous. My furnace stopped working during the night and I had to call on a Saturday and he was there almost immediately.
