I expected my repair to take the entire day and these guys were fast and thorough! They were on time, fast, friendly, and clean. You couldn't tell I had major work done when they left my home. One unit needed a part, and rather than make a second trip with another house call, they took care of replacing it while they were here. I'm glad my heating and air conditioning units are going to be well maintained by Western! I wish they would have been taking care of things for me before I had a motor go out.
Discovered AC was out around 5:30 pm. Called Western and Mike M. was to our house within an hour. Our motor was out, but he had a motor on the truck and installed in quickly and efficiently for a very fair price. Great customer service and very polite and friendly. Will definitely use again. Its only 3 hours later, we are all fixed up, and our house will be cool again for the night!
I wanted to compliment Western Heating on their fine service. I had Jim come by some time ago and was pleased with the job he did. The work is always well done and the technicians are professional and excellent at what they do.
The company called to let me know when the technician was on his way. Mike arrived in a timely manner, was courteous, friendly, and willing to answer questions.
Mike M. was at my door within 5 minutes of the time window. He was very friendly, and got right ot work. He answered all my questions and told me why things needed done and how they were done. He made sure he checked one more safety plug before he left, rolled up the hose from cleaning the air conditioner and probably did more than any other tech that I have had at my home. I want to review Mike M, who did a great job when he came and tuned up our AC unit. He was very thorough, and extremely knowledgeable about the system. He found where the water was leaking into the AC unit and down onto the carpet. He was also very helpful about what we should know when we purchase a new unit next spring. I really appreciated how he knew what he was talking about and how he was very helpful. I hope he comes next time we have a tune up. He is great and I would recommend him to anyone.
Good service, good price. Jeremy tuned up the Ac, told me a few things the previous serviceman had told me (proper way to place filter), and gave me suggestions to help keep it maintained (laundry exhaust clogging up outside unit, possibly redirect). Good suggestions and good service, thanks!
The air conditioner went out - July!!! Called Western Heating and AC who scheduled me for the very next day. Mike Matthys came out and in no time fixed the problem. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. Thanks Mike!
