Mr. Gentry was so great to work with! He was very prompt, took the extra time to access the problem accurately. He spent time speaking to my husband and I about how to best fix the problem and in a way that would benefit our needs. They were willing to work around what worked best for our financial situation. they weren't pushy and i loved that they didn't try to sales pitch us a new unit when we just needed to buy some more time.
