Mark came out to our house on a Sunday and did a good job. He was professional, knowledgable and pricing was fair (for an emergency on a Sunday). We will be using Western Heating and Air again.
My furnace went out and they were at my house within an hour. Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful as it became a home warranty issue! Great experience overall! Thanks Western Heating!
They had the lowest bid and encourage us to get bids from other company. The installers were polite and courteous, they did excellent job with the installation. We are very happy with the furnace.

Joe was able to troubleshoot and find out what was causing our furnace to malfunction. He replaced the correct part, and then Joe did a thorough tune-up! Western installed a new furnace and AC unit in our home. We talked to 2 other companies and Western gave us the best price and service. Clint was an excellent salesman. He did not repeat some carefully rehearsed sales pitch. He simply explained the pros and cons of each option as it related to our home and needs. Jason, Blake and Wayne installed our unit. Our air conditioner went out and we called them. They were quick to come out and check on it. We ended up needing a new one. Both employees that came out were very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous! Ian did the installation and was very thorough and made sure I knew how to use my new thermostat. I used them because they were referred to me by my parents and I was not disappointed! They are Awesome!! :)
