Worst company to deal with. They are heartless money hungry company. I was told they wouldn't make an exception even if I was on life support. They would still turn power off and would extend the cut off date any. Or ***** me another pay agreement plan. Not even the " supervisor " they use the excess that the cold weather rule is over and your ***. Even though we are still having Frost warnings in kansas. We need options. They get away with this because they are the only eletric company.
After five phone calls, I have been lied to five times. I have been told I would receive a call back from various levels of support, yet the call never comes. The people answering the phones are incapable of connecting me with someone who is actually able to help. They simply keep promising things that are not happening.
WORST power company ever! They truly cannot fix ANYTHING IN A TIMELY MANNER! they leave you in the cold and dark for hours! They claim they will only take a couple hours to fix then 5 or more hours later it's still not fixed. This is totally unacceptable for the elderly! This was NEVER a issue when Kansas Power had this area. Not sure why they are so slow and incompetent. They keep raising rates but do nothing about their total lack of service. Thinking of moving to an area they don't have they are truly awful!
Evergy customer service is useless, I updated my Credit card for auto pay when my old card expired and somehow auto pay got shut off. I just realized this and am a few months past due. I called customer service to pay my balance and make sure auto pay was reactivated but the representative told me. "I can't take a payment or help you with auto pay, you will need to login and do it yourself." Awesome customer service huh... Guess they don't need to be helpful when they are the only option and have a monopoly on the market.
Terrible customer service. Not sure any other service has ever implied I am lying.
What a total trash company I wish NOTHING BUT THE WORST for them greedy b******* always raising the rates even people can't afford their stupid a** to begin with I'm going 100 percent solar and I don't give af what u say or think!
Horrible. I called a month ago to have a light installed by my home on their post because it's super dark out here and I mean black. It's not sadewith cars zooming through..elderly folks out here too. I have to pay a monthly fee to have it when it should already be here. I still have not gotten the light. Just called and my ticket still there I've gotten not one call yet. I told her if something happens to anyone out here I holding EVERGY liable because I call weekly about this light. Still nothing. This company treats customers horrible. Ive been without heat for a week and you cant get assistance by phone. They tell you to call another number and nobody answers. I have to go without heat this winter because theres no customer service.
Terible company that gouges customers financially because they know we have no alternative. Rates are OUTRAGEOUS for a small apartment, or anyone for that matter.Horrible customer service agents who work the phone. Where do they find these people? You will recieve attitude time and time again leaving you ****** beyond belief. We (customers) are stuck with them and have no alternative.
