I've had quite a few issues with my apartment, there have been multiple things broken, and it was a disaster when I first got there (there was cat poop on the floor) however west ten has fixed most of the issues. On the plus side, they always hold cool events and have an awesome pool �

So far I love living at west 10! They have all the accommodations I need as well as a great vibe. The staff is super helpful anytime I need, and it's made my first time living on my own fantastic! #doitforthestarbucks

It's my second year here at West 10, last year it was the best experience that I've ever had with any apartment complex in Tallahassee. Maintenance was super fast, awesome events, and friendly office staff that are nice outside of work too! However I'm giving it 4 stars because the maintenance this year has been a major let down. I put in a request on the 14th and it's going on to almost two weeks with no word from the office.

I just moved into West 10 and I love it! It has a great floor plan and a lot of space. The staff is awesome and has been able to help with any questions! The pool parties are a lot of fun and they have nice club house! I definitely want to renew my lease for next year ☺️
