West 10 is a pretty cool place to live! I live in a 4/4 and the rooms and bathrooms are huge! Plenty of space in the kitchen and living room as well. Everything is pretty modern and kept up well. The office is very attentive to residents and what we like as college students (i.e. free food, pool parties, etc.). Every time I have had a problem, the office has done a pretty good job of attending to it. My only complaint is about neighbors, but it's to be expected at a college apartment community.

I live in a 4x4 at west 10 and I absolutely love it! The maintenance staff is great and usually arrives promptly whenever any of us need something to be fixed. The office is always having events where free food is available to residents and the study rooms in the clubhouse are great for late nights when I don't feel like driving to campus. The closets are also HUGE which is really helpful for storage purposes, and the spa-style bathtub is great for a relaxing night in. I've been living at West 10 for about two years now and I honestly really enjoy the complex. Besides my neighbors that are disrespecful and inconsiderate(the staff at West 10 has addressed this) I can't think of many things I dislike. The clubhouse workers are always nice and helpful with whatever I need, my work order requests are fixed in a timely manner, and the apartment itself is great. I love my balcony, it's a perfect reminder of why I came to Florida for school in the first place!

I love my apartment because it is very spacious and modern. I really enjoy that they host a bunch of events, and theres usually free food!

I live in a 4/4 and love it so far! It's close to campus and really easy to get to. It's extremely spacious and even when we have some problems, maintenance always comes to fix it as soon as they can. The staff is really accommodating and I would recommend living here! It has a great gym and pool area as well and they even just opened a 24 hour market. Only thing is that it isn't very well insulated and can often hear everything that goes on in the apartment.

Everything about this place is great! Resident Appreciation, the staff, clubhouse amenities, free coffee and snacks, the size of my room and the price, quiet community on weekdays and fun parties on weekends, and a good smelling front office haha....It's so wonderful that I renewed even though I had to have a random roommate, and they paired me up with a great match based on my preferences

Choosing to live at West 10 was one of the best decisions I made when coming to FSU. From the maintenance staff to management they try and succeed in making West 10 truly feel like home. Living at West 10 has made my experience in Tallahassee even better!

They care so much about their residents and really do their best to ensure our time living there is one to remember! From free food to tons of events and boot camp, West 10 is somewhere I would recommend any Tallahassee student live!
Very spacious rooms and apartments for the price. Near a fsu bus stop and right at a star Metro bus stop for trips around Tallahassee! Kind front desk staff and maintenance! Parking lot is kind of a hazard, and the gates are broken half the time, but otherwise, excellent place to live for the price.
