Great apartment complex! Very involved with their residents, office staff are friendly, and always cool events being held and free food! The gym is amazing and the study rooms are nice too. only complaint is matinance requests take forever to go through but other than that I love west 10

I love living at West 10 ! This is my third year living here, the rooms are spacious, the residents are fun, the staff is always there to help and are very personable with everyone, and the office is always giving away free food and cool prizes which is a great way to meet new people. West 10 is definitely the perfect 10 ❤️

I've lived at West 10 for about a month and I'm already planning on renewing my lease next year! The staff is so sweet and helpful. Our dryer and one of our burners on our oven wasn't working so we contacted them and they came immediately and fixed both. They're always trying to help and constantly giving us goodies and planning fun little events. I'd recommend West 10 to anyone! :)
I absolutely love living at West 10. This is my third year living here and I would never want to live anywhere else. The front staff is always more than willing to help everyone as best as they can and the apartments have so much room in them. I love living here

If I could give West 10 no stars I would. My daughter moved in a month ago and the apartment was beyond filthy. Dead roaches, grimy layer of filth on the floors. Dirty broken appliances and the list of problems are way too long to mention. Either you can't get a hold of the office or when you do they give you empty promises or a bunch of excuses. The maintenance guy shows up, looks around, doesn't fix anything and leaves saying he'll get around to it later and never does. The worse thing was the disgusting carpet in my daugh... read more

These issues were not taken care of because your daughter moved in a week before our actual move-in day. She also signed an as-is addendum. This addendum states the resident agrees to take the apartment in the state that it is currently in. This is why the apartment wasn’t move-in ready.
