Students of FSU. Please be warned of West 10 Apartments and The Collier Companies. Since I have moved in my experience has been terrible. The gates malfunction, the apartment was filthy, multiple parts of the floor were damaged and never fixed after multiple requests, there is still water damage on the ceiling. an open condom was under my bed when I moved in, parts of my roommate's bed were missing, and their gate caused $3,000 in damage to my truck which they are refusing to fix. I would not recommend this company to anyone... read more
I loved West 10! It was by far my favorite place to live. The staff are so helpful and nice and all my problems were met swiftly!
I live here currently and it’s so nice. The pool is super active and fun and the rooms are huge. Also cool there is an alarm system to feel safe
West 10 is such a great place to live. The staff are always super helpful and communicative. I recently was helped by Camille Eckley who was extremely informative and very nice. Will 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for an awesome place to live!
