I’ve loved everything about this place so far. Move in went so smoothly and everything was ready on time. I also LOVE all the resident events and giveaways they do. Super fun and comfortable place to live!
Rooms are very big, pool is nice, maintenance is great, but annoying noise outside that I can hear from window 24/7.
West 10 is amazing!! I’ve lived here for over a year and I’ve had no issues. Maintenance comes immediately when you need something and they are always so nice. The property is taken care of so well (pool, landscaping, etc.) I love the staff at the office. They are super nice and always host events/giveaways. My apartment is taken care of so well (new carpets, touch ups, etc.) Truly recommend living here

I can’t even express how phenomenal this place is! We moved our daughter in last semester and we couldn’t be happier with the amenities, security, spacious rooms, closets and OMG the size of the bathrooms! The staff are beyond helpful and do Resident Appreciation days with cool events and free food! I just wish we would have gotten her in there sooner. Her last place wasn’t even close to being this nice for almost the same price. I give them a ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐!!

I've lived here for 2 years now and I love it! Online payment makes it super easy to pay rent, there are so many awesome amenities, and the floorpans are super up to date and spacious. Definitely recommend.
I’ve been living here for an year going on Two and I haven’t had any complaints. Utilities are always reasonable although I wish they were included. The rooms and bathrooms are so spacious and can accommodate everything. Overall I would recommend staying at West 10!!!
