West 10 was a great experience, and I met a lot of great friends. I spent a lot of time grilling and hanging out by the pool. Maintenance was just an email away, and was always prompt. The office staff were kind and very helpful, especially Camille Eckley; she was very a very knowledge Leasing Speciallst and guided me through the process.
RecommendedWest 10 is a great community. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I feel really comfortable knowing that my daughter is safe and that she has good neighbors.

I absolutely loved West 10 and I am so sad to have to part ways from this place. Great amenities, great living space, and great service. The staff is always doing things for the residents weither it’s free food or events and the maintenance is exceptional (they’ll be ready to help you before you can even finish submitting a complaint). The rooms are big, the bathrooms are big, the balconies are big, and it’s so close to TCC! I can’t imagine a better place to have spent my first year of college.

I've lived in a 1/1 here at West 10 for a couple years, and it's been an awesome experience. The resources available are awesome and so far has met all of my necessities. I feel safe, comfortable, and at home away from my home. Thank y'all so much for having me!

Fun place to live! They always have great resident events and the apartments are nice and spacious. Roomate matching is a big plus too

An excellent place for students to live. Gated community and reasonable price. Amenities are nice and comes with internet, cable, and a TV. Appliances like dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer need an upgrade. Apartment was not very clean upon move in, but maintenance and staff are very friendly, timely, and helpful. There are open vents above the doors of the rooms which allows you to hear everything that other people are doing, and is the worst feature of the apartment.
