I've been a resident at West10 for about 2 years now and I have to say it has been awesome. The front desk staff is very friendly and enjoy helping us residents out. The maintenance staff at West10 take care of work orders promptly and treat our apartments as if it were their own. The amount of respect and friendliness displayed by the West10 staff makes the cost of rent completely worth it. I would recommend this place 10/10

Living in West 10 has been a great experience so far! Really clean apartment upon moving in, staff is always helpful and friendly, and the pool and the rest of the amenities have been great. I feel at home here! Roommate matching was also spot on.

The model apartment was great, pool area is beautiful! We had such high hopes when moving our granddaughter into her first apartment. Upon arriving we were greeted by German roaches running up the walls in broad daylight. The security didn't keep some guy from trying to get in at 5 this morning. This is not what we expected for this price.

Pest control comes every Monday and can be scheduled every Monday if you would like. This happened this week..... Upon moving out a few days ago, I accidentally left insulin in my fridge. It needed to stay cold and was suppose to be the last thing I took out but mistakes happen and I'm human. My apartment complex threw away my three month supply of insulin and when I asked why they threw away medication that was CLEARLY marked with my name and a RX label, they responded with "if it was important, you would have grabbed it." Everything is great here minus the gate system. The call box is very hard to use and all of my friends have a tough time getting in the neighborhood. Not to mention, the clicker is ridiculously expensive to replace. Please upgrade your gate system. I can assure you I'm not the only resident frustrated with it.
