I have really enjoyed living at west 10. The staff is very efficient and the facilities are always kept clean. There is always something going on and also a lot of quiet places to study. I highly recommend.

The apartments are super spacious with a huge balcony, walk-in closets and nice wood floors. They ALWAYS host events for their residents and give out free food!

I have lived at West 10 for almost 3 years now and I keep renewing my lease because to put it into simple words you get a lot more than you would elsewhere for your money, in my opinion. I have looked at places slightly cheaper and I always find I have to give something up to move and at West 10 I get a lot of perks for a little more money. Closets are huge, bathroom is really big as well. They do a good job of matching roommates as well. I have been paired with random people twice and made amazing friends in the process. Only 5-10 minutes from campus. Always throwing events for residents and giving away free food. The apartments themselves are really nice inside.

I've only lived at West 10 for a year, but they made the transition from living on campus to off campus a smooth one. They've met all my expectations as far as service, events, and amenities go. The events are awesome and they constantly keep you fed. West 10 recently opened a convenience store that can be useful when you just want a quick snack.
