I love West 10. They do so much to keep their residents involved...and have A LOT of FREE stuff and events for us college students. I renewed here for next year. I definitely sign at West 10!!

West 10 has great student friendly accomodations. My favorite is the outdoor movie theater, very unique experience with great friendly staff!

I renewed because I love how much they love their residents! they treat us like family with movie nights and fun activities and tummies snacks every week. I feel safe and comfortable here and really recommend anyone to sign a lease with them today!! :)
West 10 is by far the best place to live in Tallahassee. It's affordable, the maintenance is always attentive, and the front office is always extremely helpful. There's always fun events going on for the residents. There's a great gym, nice study rooms, and it's an all around great place for students to live!

Just renewed my lease! It was my first year living here and I loved it. So many awesome events, amenities and staff. They always have something going on in the clubhouse and I love having a quiet place to study when needed. I'd definitely recommend West 10 to anyone new to the area.
