We stayed for New Year's Eve and really had a blast. The staff is the best. So accommodating and friendly! The room was very comfortable and nice but wasn't what I expected for the price. The Cook Hall restaurant inside the hotel was great. We only had cocktails and appetizers but I can highly recommend the duck tacos! Superb!

Fun atmosphere, friendly and happy. Made several new friends. Food is creative, and served fast and yummmy. We stayed hours, and so many tables looked to be there to last the evening. The Mimosa's were perfect !
I went to the W last night for the event I really had a nice time, beautiful scenery the people was really nice first time there and I will be going back it was nice.
Wonderful hotel and great staff! The only issue we had was when we went to check out they said we owed 13 dollars for the mini bar items. We hadn't had anything from the mini bar and no one had even been to our room to see that nothing had been taken. They quickly corrected their mistake.
Travel for my job and spend many nights in a hotel, for $300 plus a night not a place I'll return by choice.
I went for my birthday, and the gentleman at the front desk.. wish I could remember his name, upgraded me to one of the highest floors with the most amazing view - no charge. Will definitely stay here again.
Stayed here for my birthday and to go to a Stars game at AA Center. The staff was amazing!! Our balcony room offered awesome views! I loved the rainfall shower. We ordered room service and the food and drinks were delicious. I highly recommend this place!! Kyli, who checked us in, is super personable and has a great attitude! Loved the whole experience!
The night security guard was so helpful. He took me to the 2nd floor where Showcase 2016 had been moved.
