Traveled from Seattle. My overall experience was great! The staff was very friendly.. I got to hang out with Charlie from the Mavericks.. He was super down to earth.. Chilled at the bar after the Game. The pool was fun! Thx from: 100 Bangin Beats on iTunes
I will miss this place! I felt so much at home here that I couldn't wait to return each day after being out and about for work. Good food, beautiful decor and a very helpful, friendly staff. I won't even get into how comfy and cozy the beds were! Thank you, Starwood! You've won me over.

Probably one of the worst stays I've ever had at a Starwood Hotel. Their "Welcome Ambassadors" are anything other than what the name would lead you to imply. With my hands full of luggage, not even one of the multiple staff ever offered to help me with the large doors as I entered. Everything and everyone was I think five star. Awesome. Thanks to Randall being so nice.. I appreciate the chip, salsa and drink when I arrived.. Go have a stay everyone was truly great .. David D.
I really love this place, each time I have an event there I feel at home. As a DJ, some venues in the metropolitan are difficult to deal with or have very hard assessable entry, but The W have the best loading and unloading docs I've ever seen.
Wasn't as clean as it should have been. Watch your bill. Make sure it is correct.
Great place with Awesome staff and service. Everyone was so pleasant and friendly.
