Terrible. So snobby and look down upon you if you are not dressed in a suit or dress. Rudest guests and staff I have ever ran across. Will never stay there again. Paid for two nights, checked out after the first night.
Expensive and not that special...room smelled and service is slow.
Perfect for entertaining & gazing over this beautiful city.

View from downtown Dallas on the 33rd floor is amazing. The food was good the place is fantastic.

Best place to host a bachlorette party!!! The staff was incredible, meeting our every need. They kindly ran down to our vehicles to retrieve forgotten items once we valeted and checked in (only to realize we left desserts in the car). We reserved 2 "fabulous" rooms that connected with 2 large oversized balconies... Perfect for entertaining & gazing over this beautiful city. Thanks Again W Dallas! First stay -room smelled like paint fumes. The customer service is severely lacking. Even on the management side. Only benefit is walking distance to the American Airlines Center.
