Nice hotel. Great view of Dallas! My friend booked a suite for her visit from DC. The staff was wonderful and very welcoming! Suite was luxurious... looking forward to another weekend visit! Really enjoyed the ambiance! Checkout the rooftop!
Great locale, nice roof top pool, but not my cup of tea. Darkly lit hallways, odd colour pallet, weird, wannabe avant guard décor, and room showers are separated only by drapes and located just past the room's entry door. None of the usual basics, like complimentary coffee or papers one gets at a Holiday Inn. Asked for early check in . 2 hours later 4:30 room still not ready . Reg check in was 3:00 . Food at restaurant was terrible. Seemed a little understaffed to say the least!! Won't be back !!!!!!!
Nice hotel. Close to Hard Rock Cafe, AA center, House of blues, and Dicks last resort. Rooms are nice but overpriced. Not the place to go if you want a balcony. Food is good but overpriced. (18.00 omelette) pool is awesome(view) pool bar closes at 8pm. $12 house margarita, $15 patron margarita. Overall nice place if your going to an event at AA center. Hotel is at the front door. For $280 a night, I will look elsewhere for a balcony and cheaper drinks

I went to there for an event , when i try to park the my car they send me to different places unavailable, them then I try to get by the vallet parking and they was slow, after the event my friend try to get a room and then make him wait too long . But the guy from the door vas very nice and friendly .
Enjoyed the W for an event this weekend. The meeting room (Great Room) had a fantastic view with ample space and great lighting. I enjoyed a tasty little kale/shrimp salad and mimosa at Cook Hall. Lobby was quaint, quiet, and modern. I would definitely recommend a stay or event here.
Beautiful space, great atmosphere and excellent staff.. I'll def be going back❤️
