Beautifully designed building, hard-working staff, and indescribable, personable experiences are held at the W Dallas. If a mistake happens to arise, they aim at resolving the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible and also go above and beyond. Saturday, May 7th, while checking into our hotel, we were kindly informed that the room we booked was not going to be ready until 4pm, which is past normal check out times. The room was being used by a wedding party to get ready, and with that the concierge apologized profusely. She gave us a couple options, but my mom and I insisted that we had no problem waiting. Biggest disappointment you could ever expect. This horrible excuse for an establishment had the gall to throw out an entire bachelorette party full of active duty military personnel and family! We had guest fly in from all over the world to celebrate this very special occasion only to be kicked out $900+ and 2 hours later with not even so much as a WARNING. Don't do any verbal agreement with any of them. Make sure you have everything in writing. And make sure you write down who you speak with. And maybe . MAYBE then they will deliver what promised. In other words . If you want a good time. Go somewhere else. If you want what you pay for, go somewhere else. If you want to be respected, go somewhere else. If you want good costumer service, deffinetly go somewhere else.
This was is the worst hotels I have ever been to, we where there for my bachelorette party. They kicked us out with no warning after ONLY two hours saying its hotel policy not to give warnings, then they blamed us of having to many people in the room(it was only 9) which they had made us upgrade to a suite for the same reason. What a pathetic excuse of an establishment. From the owner, to the incompetent employees, this place is a disappointment. They are disrespectful to their paying customers and belittle military personnel obscenely. I have never stayed at a place so unorganized ever! Don't waste your money. The Hotel Marriot City Center is better located and more accommodating in every way.
Upon our arrival the room that we had booked was not the room that we were given however they did upgrade our room to an Executive Suite the room that we were promised had a garden tub spa like bathtub that is not what we got we got a stand up shower the beds are hard as a rock the staff at night treated us like we were white trash the manager that worked during Saturday when we arrived was the nicest sweetest lady I've ever met in my entire life she went above and beyond her job to help us out considering the fact that a pi... read more
