I love the W Hotels and this was no exception. In fact, I couldn't get up in the more because the bed and pillows were so comfortable and the room was so quiet. One complaint, and I'm a physician, there were two weird dust balls on the bed which I assume came from the AC/heating unit which was blowing right over the bed. I'm healthy, but I wondered what might happen to someone who is less healthy if this is blowing on them while they sleep. They really need to clean the grates.
