It was an experience of a life time. The Staff was very friendly and they took great care of me. The Blitz Spa area was clean and the place was incredible.
Excellent stay - loved it will definitely be back!

Great place. Downtown is getting a little too big for me but this place has everything you need in one spot. Awesome experience
We came in on a Tuesday for the P!nk concert. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right next to the American Airlines Center, so it was very easy to walk to the concert. All of the staff that we interacted with were courteous as knowledgeable .
Definitely not impressed by this place. I thought more of it due to the fuzz of it. I will not stay here again. Too simple of a place for the price. I expected more.
Fortunately, when I arrived the room wasn’t ready, I mentioned we were there for my sister’s bachelorette party and needed to get it ready before she arrived so they upgraded us to the suite and even sent a bottle of champagne! Amazing time! Everyone was so friendly and polite!
Beware! We valeted our truck during our stay on 3/2/18 ($30 valet charge) and our tailgate was stolen in their parking garage. We were told 2 other tailgates were stolen the same night since there are no Security cameras. Originally we were told they would be responsible, however, the hotel has now gone silent. No return calls and a then we received a letter from their insurance company that the file was denied because they don’t cover “valuables left in vehicles”. Of course it was crazy!!!! The NCAA being here and my Red Raiders hosting a Mixer was a big part. But, you only had two bartenders working... and they weren’t the fastest, but they tried. My biggest complaint is charging $60 for two vodka tonics. I need a damn pole and someone dancing on it for a $30 cocktail. Oh!! I live here, HP to be exact so I’m used to paying a lot for drinks in Dallas....
