Without doubt one of the favorite hotels in Dallas! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager. I had a couple special request and they definitely went out of their way to accommodate my stay and my request. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had a great evening there, which obviously also added up to the experience. Thank you for your excellent hospitality!

My friends and I had THE BEST stay for my birthday this past weekend. ❤️ The staff brought a delicious piece of chocolat cake and a card that was customized for ME, since we were going to the Maroon 5 concert. So sweet! Amazing beds, helpful staff and beautiful amenities. Thanks to everyone at the W Dallas Victory Park for making our stay perfect!
Hands down the best pool party in Dallas , VIP service was massively amazing and super friendly service always making our drinks and making sure our cups were never empty . Dj was good as well , was havnt to much fun to even pay any attention to him lol . Get job , I sure I will be back this summer !
Not as snazzy as the W Austin but the staff are friendliest here!

Disappointed. My husband had a hassle checking in since the reservation was under my SPG account (I understand there are policies) with RUDE front desk help. I confirmed the room with HIS credit card that he had on him. So, a manager finally allowed him to check in, but the room wasn't ready, so they told him to enjoy the pool party while he waited. He was denied entry to the pool because he didn't have a room key. BECAUSE our room was not ready at check-in time. We were charged for internet service, that was supposed to be ... read more
Great experience and great location.
My stay was great. Beautiful rooms. Room services was cold though.. Other than that no complaints.
