BEAUTIFUL 5 �
We had been there exactly 12 months ago...and boy have things changed.. The pool area is filthy and they had water sitting out for the poolside guests that was from the previous day. The cushions were excessively stained and there were shot bottles on the deck. Looked like someone had a Tuesday night party at the pool which included glass bottles poolside. Patrick the manager was great! He made our stay at the presidential extreme wow suite amazing!
My husband and I were there for July 4th to get some pool time in and watch fireworks. There was a pool party going on and no place for guest from the hotel to sit. The room we couldn’t see the fireworks. The pool the next day had not been cleaned from party and had paper and plastic in pool. The clientele was awful! The manager was great and staff. But I will never stay there again. It has gone down hill!!
I love the W! It is not child friendly but we had a great time!
Yesterday and incident occurred in the pool, where another man accused my homosexual son of hitting on his girlfriend and proceeded to choke him out and put him under the water until he went lifeless and the hotel did nothing!
