if you are staying here and going to a game you will be dissapointed that that the bar closes at 10 pm. There are also no coffee pots in the room.

Dan, the general manager, knows how to make a group feel special. He immediately greeted us as we entered the hotel and was quick and helpful with recommendations for the on-site restaurant. When the restaurant couldn’t seat us (we did not have a reservation and Bocelli was playing at the AA Center), he went above and beyond to create a place for us to dine. Nice bar and atmosphere going to ghost bar after concert while traffic unwinds
The convenience to the American Airlines center makes this hotel get a higher review. The staff I must admit was friendly and super nice and helpful. The hotel was just okay. The modern edge was attractive but set for a younger crowd that obviously isn’t into amenities. We won’t be staying here again unless we want to get to a concert quickly.
