The check in process was great! We were greeted with such a friendly welcome. Received guest of the day. We went to the spa area to inquire about “the eyes have it” service. The ladies didn’t know what the service was and we were told they were booked for the day even though there wasn’t a guest in sight. We went to the Cook Hall bar area a little before 7:00 pm for a drink. The place was so crowded and definitely not enough help behind the bar. W Residence and Hotel services are second to none. Living or a temporary stay at the hotel it will be a great experience.
I usually go on Saturdays, but this Saturday was AWFUL! The Bar had to close down @12:30am because the bartender was CLEARLY OVERWHELMED, UNABLE to take cards, beverage shooters NOT WORKING & bartenders CALLING In and then the DJ cut OUT soon after that! WTF?!
once back in UK noticed the hotel had put extra charges on card!!! £92 Someone has put has put a bar tab on my room. Have rang the hotel 5 times since back in Uk. The hotel staff keep putting me through to an answering machine. Stay well away from this hotel!!!!
Neat hotel in great location. Staff was excellent. Very nice and helpful. We also ate at the restaurant for breakfast and it was very good. Rooms were okay. They were decorated nicely, but the doors to the balcony would not shut. The finishes were starting to show some wear (peeling wallpaper, scuffed baseboards, etc...).
Other than the clump of hair that wasn't mine in the shower drain it was great ! The good has always prevailed... so I'll let it slide this time
Very happy about our stay at the W HOTEL in Dallas. Staff is very friendly, location perfect if you are attending any event at AA center.
