I've trained many clients that live at the W and the gym is very nice. I used to go to the weekend parties on the hotel side. My best friend rented the W for his wedding. The W is great!
I LOVED IT !!! Everything was above my already high expectations!!!
Place is beautiful. Staff very friendly. But upon check in front office people were not trained properly. It took 30 mins for me to check in. I was charged improperly. No receipt given at all. Then security comes to my door and says the girls are to loud on the 15th floor but my next door neighbor having a party with loud music. Feel like we were targeted cus we didnt look rich and didnt look like the other people who were there.
I love the W, always did!! But i was not happy yesterday. Because of a low class street thug they have working there. We've been going to the W for years to the bar on Saturday and pool party's in the summer and we always thought very high of the W and their stuff. We didn't even care to pay the high price. But yesterday There was a guy name MIKE working as the security for the pool. And he either doesn't like his job, he is not a people person, or he was just having a bad day. One of the best hotels in dallas great view very safe i felt right at home for a minute i thought i was in my high hise building looking foward to another stay on my next trip to dallas tx i recommend it 100%
As a Gold Memeber of SPG the W is not worth all the hype. Room was very average and the bed was not that comfortable. The WiFi kept dropping. The only good thing about it is the location.
Rough toilet paper, not an inclosed bath, the whole place needed an update and 5 dollars for a bottled water??? Ugh no thanks.
Great customer service. Daniel from restaurant was great! Enjoyed our visit.
