I came to the W (The Living Room) in Dallas tonight. The music was questionable so I asked to speak to the GM. He was nice and introduced himself as Jeremy. I asked him about the music selection because no one was dancing or enjoying themselves b/c people came and left (even after a game let out of the American Airlines Center) and the first thing he said was he will not play “bad and bougie” or any other rap song or top 40 song. Beautiful hotel! Great food at CH restaurant in the hotel. The 16th floor enfinity pool was gorgeous with Dallas in the background. ❤️ Our new go to hotel for traveling.
We had an amazing time! Best hotel by far, friendly staff, ordering room service was easy, room with a balcony was perfect with the city view of Dallas! Perfect location across from American Airlines Center!

Had our business c.c attached to someone's elses room as well as ours. Thought it was fixed. Neither of us could log into internet because of this issue. Was locked out of my room 7 times in three days. Managers unwilling to provide customer service. Now I received the other guys folio too. So our card paid for his room too. I have a mess to clean up.

great staff. convenient for going to hockey or basketball games, so it wasn't cheap, but well worth the convenience.
The staff need more and better training. The cleaning service need to clean better. Electrical department need to check light bulbs in rooms better. I had to call to get them all replaced.. Suite 901.... Pitiful 😤
Had fun tonight only thing that upset me were other people trying to go through our things. Some guy in a purple costume I'm assuming shaggy from scooby doo was grabbing our sweaters like they belonged to him.
