Good customer service when mind to return back and also hope to use my Military discount.
Wow! The last 24 hours have been truly something special!! We were upgraded to one of the most amazing suites and the view on the balcony is so cool! The service and attention to details have really made everything truly an all around 5 star getaway!! I will definitely be back and I will recommend this hotel for a fun night out or a romantic getaway!! Thank you GM Darryl, Leon, Amine, and all the staff that made my Birthday truly special and magical! I'm one happy girl for sure!!
Bartender was awful, bar area was understaffed and service was apathetic. Been and stayed at the W in LA, Atlanta and Austin. Dallas is by far the worst!
Booked the room for a discount price online through SPG, end up getting charged the full amount anyway and no one has any idea what I am talking about when I asked why I didn't get the discount rate. The showers have no doors and a rain shower head, so it was freezing trying to take a shower. The pillows went flat with the slightest of pressure. Cómodo, amplio y reconfortante, no se pueden perder un relajante chapuzón en la alberca, con agua templada y con una maravillosa vista. Si tienen oportunidad de estar en la suite, un buen trago en el balcón es encantador.

Everyone here is a class act. Everything is professional and done with exciting gestures. Love coming here for my birthday weekend. I would continue to come here and celebrate along with entertaining my friends. Great job! W Victory Dallas.
Love to spend the weekend here. Every time I visit Dallas instead of staying with relatives or at my own place. Lol.
