I would not recommend this hotel or residences to anyone. I own a condo at the residences. I had my truck parked in the garage used for residences and hotel guests over the weekend. On Sunday my 2012 truck began stalling. I took it to Toyota today and they told me rats had crawled into the engine compartment to keep warm and chewed through many wires and hoses. Classy and great location.
Very disappointed in the W. Have stayed at the W in Dallas multiple times. Last time room reservation was messed up and had to wait to get it, but got 2 drinks compted. Now go to make a reservation for a few months out and they are asking double for what I have paid in the past, for the basic room. Really. Guess my days of staying at a W hotel are numbered.
LOVE this place! Great vibe and a fantastic staff! Everyone is SOOO nice!!
