Their service really is excellent. Only thing I have to say is whoever called the next day to follow up on my service - and left a message on my VM - did nothting but giggle during her message, which she did not even attempt to finish, and then hung up. She did not even bother to call back and say "sorry about that, I meant to say...". I get that sometimes that happens but professionally speaking, she should have then called back to apologize and continue her message. What would she have done if I had been home to answer.

Getting my car serviced is...actually a pleasure at VanBortel Subaru. The workers are kind, courteous, knowledgeable, calm and cheerful, delivering straightforward information with a smile. The waiting room, even under renovation, offers comfortable seating, good reading material and fresh snack / coffee options. Even an evening appointment is surprisingly refreshing. I've been a Van Bortel customer for 20 years, and now on our 5th Subaru. I've never been disappointed working with the folks at this dealership; sales, finance and service, they are all top notch. Even dealt directly with Kitty once. I've now moved across country and first realize how good VB really is as I struggle to find a new dealership that's half as good

A big thank you to Stephen Mueller in the Service Department for getting my car in for an overdue oil change yesterday.
