Trustworthy sales, exemplary technical staff, and a comfortable facility. I've purchased 3 Subaru vehicles from the Victor location. My first WRX, after exhaustive research and comparison with other dealers. Then my second WRX, without a glance at any other dealers. Then my wife's Crosstrek, after double checking with one other dealer as a sanity check. I always come back to Victor because the price is right and the service impeccable. It's where I will be going to get my 2020 STI :).

I began a lease with Van Bortel in July and since I left the dealership in my new car the customer service has gone severely downhill. Shortly after I got my car, I brought it through a car wash and the trunk leaked. I called and was sent to a voicemail of the salesman I worked with. He never called me back. Just a few days ago, I called about having an oil change and remote start installed. I had some questions about the cost of remote start. Yet again, I was sent to a voicemail. Wonderful staff...well worth the drive from Batavia. Kevin O'Dea was a no pressure salesman who ordered the exact 2018 Imprezza that I wanted to purchase.John Milazzo in finance was fantastic ...and Monty in tech was a pro at teaching me what I needed to know. Awesone sales and service hours. Nice waiting area...with snacks and many varieties of drinks while waiting. Can't say enough good things!!
