I just bought my third Subaru Forester from Jeremy at Van Bortel Subaru. He has always worked hard to get me the vehicle with the option packages that I want in the best color I like. 3rd Subaru but first from Van Bortel. Went primarily through Vince the Internet sales manager. Great experience and I have to say, much better than the "other " Subaru dealer. Everything was made easy, from closing the deal to picking up the car, and at a better price than "others". I'm a big Van Bortel fan now.

I have been buying my Subaru's at Van Bortel's for many years and the service has always been above and beyond what I experience at other dealers. I have to travel quite a distance so the waiting area accommodations are much appreciated. They have always taken the time to explain the problem and correct it.

Great service department who get you in and out as quickly as possible or arrange a loaner when a longer fix.
This is an outstanding dealership, based on my years of experience with sales, finances, and mechanical departments with Van Bortel..no returning because issue wasn't addressed properly the first time!
Just had my 18k service on my 2017 Crosstrek completed, so its my 3rd time dealing with the service department and have to say that each time has been excellent. Check in is easy and the new waiting area is very comfortable. I bought the maintenance plan they offered at the first visit (6k miles) and feel like it is good value for money spent. Every employee I have interacted with has been very professional and made the process easy.
