I recently stopped to show them an issue I was having with my window. I told them that I would be happy to schedule a service appointment, but wanted them to see first hand the problem as it wasn't happening every time I went to close the window. They not only check out the problem but asked if I could leave it right then for them to fix. Then they arranged a ride home for me!!!! Now that is customer service. I am impressed!!! THANK YOU!!! I highly recommend VAN BORTEL SUBARU.
I'm on the road endlessly every day around New York state, driving any and every brand of rental car brands every day. When my turn signal bulb went out mid road trip, I stopped by here and even on a Ford, the Van Bortel Subaru team was able to fix it in minutes with a smile. Truly awesome walk in "can you help me and fix it?" visit, solved and back on the road in no time. Nothing they won't do for you...is so true. Thank you!

I bought my first Subaru because of the Sales staff (they did not play the let me check with the manager game and waste my time) I bought the next 3 because of the service. I have always received great care they have always worked with me to correct any issues. I took a Forester in for a service recommended by another dealer and they checked and it was not necessary... but I'm sure the other dealer would have done it and charged. I feel like I have always been treated well - and I love the loaners - makes my like so easy!
