I have to say that I have not experienced service from a dealership quite like the service I received from Van Bortel Subaru. To make a long story short, they were able to diagnose and replace the engine in my 2015 WRX. I received excellent service support with Steve at the helm in the service department. I couldn't be happier. I think the repair rates are high but this was offset with exemplary customer service and the high tier rental they provided at no additional cost. I apparently have a haunted new Outback that so far has resisted exorcism. But to their credit the VanBortel Service Dept has been relentless in tracking the problem down and has bent over backwards making sure that we are not unnecessarily inconvenienced by any of it. I’m a retired engineer so tough problems are what I used to do and I know some of them stubbornly resist solution. I also know that the dealership service people are equally relentless. Not to mention friendly.

Excellent service, on my used older model Outback wagon that I brought in for maintenance for the first time. I loved the comprehensive inspection they do on the cars when people have them in for routine service! Good job, guys! Loved the atmosphere of the showroom and waiting area as well- I’ve actually wanted to work for an auto dealership for a long time, so I put in an application while I was there! Best dealership I’ve ever been to,hands down. ����
