Van Bortel had the car I was looking for at a very reasonable price. It was an excellent value! I was treated respectfully and professionally. After the sale my introduction to the car by the representative, Kyle Johnson, was well done. Since then, as they encouraged me to do, I've had a couple questions which they took care of over the phone about things like technical matters with Bluetooth etc. I love the Outback that I purchased and I feel like Van Bortel is a friendly and supportive place to buy your next new car!
I chose the Henrietta location as it is close to work. Everyone I've dealt with has been very courteous. Pricing is reasonable. I dropped my car off without an appointment for a no start, they had it done in less than 2 hours.

Service team has consistently provided great service, friendly atmosphere, and no pressure tactics. just good advice and maintenance for my vehicle.
I actually live closer to another Subaru dealership but choose to drive to VanBortel's in Victor! I have all service done there and buy my Forresters there. I am driving my 4th Forrester, a 2019! I was so pleased with this sales person that I purchased it over the phone! The finance rep. walked me through that quickly and clearly, and the" bowtie" guy was very helpful with the new features. And, of course, a great car! Thank you for Subaru!
