Worst service ever from Kitty and Corporate Subaru. I’ve had my Legacy for 4 years and the remote start never worked right from day one. They won’t even acknowledge it’s defective. They’re really condescending, like I’m too stupid to operate a remote start correctly. Now the cruise control is failing and it’s the same story. They won’t even acknowledge it’s failing. A safety feature of the car is failing, and they’re turning a blind eye to it. Brilliant!
I brought my car in without an appointment because my brakes were making a terrible noise. They were able to get it in and replace my brakes in less than an hour and a half. Always good service here. Waiting room clean and plenty of room to social distance

Except for the poor communication between their Call Center and the Service Center, I can't say enough positive things about the service I received today @ the Henrietta Van Bortel location. I called on Monday to ask for an appointment and was told to simply drive up anytime after 1PM. Which I did....and unfortunately I was the fourth person to do so.
