The staff is very friendly! They were very helpful and informative when it came to answering all my questions and telling me exactly what was going on with my car. I had taken my car to another shop out of convenience and I will definitely not do that again! From here on out I'll only be taking it to the service center at Van Bortel. This place gives the absolute best customer service! I was very impressed by the service department and the care they give to us customers. My only regret is... I just wish I purchased my 2017 Subaru Impreza from Van Bortel Subaru. But... I really don’t mind driving from Spencerport to Victor for my service needs. I can’t wait for the Henrietta location to open up as it will be closer and I work in Henrietta too which will be convenient.
In July I purchased my first Subaru Forester. Everything about this purchase was easy. No pressure from our sales rep Evan Schaefer. All questions answered. I love the car and would definitely recommend Van Bortel Subaru.
