My dashboard suddenly started lighting up like a Christmas tree. I drove right into the service bay, and very quickly had someone out to tell me what was wrong. Within 3 hours of the first warning light, my car was fixed and back on the road. Waiting area was comfortable and pleasant. While no one wants to do emergency car repairs, they certainly make it as easy as possible.

I've never had a bad experience there. I love there new area and now you just drive in and a representative meets you at your car. They are very accommodating, friendly and they explained everything that they find wrong with the car and note it on your paperwork. Saw my next dream car there so I hope my dream comes true. :)

Again Van Bortel Subaru has exceeded my expectations. I had a problem with my car and sent an email on the Saturday night of this 4th of July weekend. I was hoping someone would get back to me on Monday morning at the earliest. I certainly didn't expect anyone to get back to me on the Sunday morning of a holiday weekend....especially not "Kitty herself", the dealership owner, with a personal phone call which had the answer to my lights/battery problem (It's a long story, but it was my own fault). My five-month old and I were at VanBortel Subaru yesterday for our Outback's NYS Inspection. He decided it was the best time for a diaper blowout. The receptionist kindly let us use the front room of the neighboring house/warranty office to change, nurse, and relax. It was another reminder why VanBortel's is one of friendliest dealerships around. A changing table would be a welcome addition to the new renovation, though!

Every time We have been to Van bortel Subaru everyone has been amazing.. EXCEPT Steve Mueller.. he is extremely unprofessional and NEVER puts the customers first. One of the mechanics broke something on the car and he refused to fix it and tried blaming it on the car. He always has some excuse. That is only one time, I could name three different times since January we have been forced to deal with him and with the amount we spend there we should have better treatment.
